Fixing missing libraries, Native Access

I'm new here and ran into an issue i can't seem to fix. My SSD crashed so I have a new SSD and am having to reload EVERYTHING. All my previous libraries show as "Locate" but there is nothing to locate as the disk is new. The maintenance functions don't seem to help at all.
I thought maybe could I delete my products and re-install them fresh since many of them are free libraries but I can't find a way to do that either.
Any suggestions, short of creating a new account and starting over?

It sounds like you'll need to go through the libraries one by one and use the 'Reinstall' function in Native Access.

Generally then you are supposed to be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.
Exit Native Access , then try deleting the product Json files from here : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
Then reboot computer and try again.
If problem persists then you can also try run the N.I.reg tool to remove and delete the 'product' as well as remove product XML from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
creating a new account and starting over?
Should not be an option

The "Reinstall" function is not available with the Locate button. The problem is that Native Access is forcing me to Locate a library that does not exist on the new drive and the find missing libraries function does not find them.

Thanks, but none of it worked. I got the Heavyocity libraries back by downloading from the Heavyocity site and then Native Access showed they were installed. But I can't install or fix them from Native Access.

Thanks, but none of it worked.
Sorry about that ,
Then try deleting both the Native Access XML and product XML from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center ,
and also delete the product Json file from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
and product folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments

Hello Rob Wilson, if the Native Access gives you "Locate" besides of the product, this can be a third part library which requires an installation from that party. Which products are showing "Locate" besides?
I hope this helps☺️
