Hardware transfer and serial mismatch
I want to sell my Maschine Mk2 hardware, so the buyer can register it in their account. However, the serial in My Account doesn't match the serial on my hardware and I can't fathom out why.
I purchased it new but so long ago I can't remember the registration process. I know how to request a license transfer but it seems pointless if the serials don't match.
I've taken various upgrade paths since buying it (now have a Mk3) so might it have changed due to these? I would have thought the hardware serial would never change. I also want to make sure I don't negate any upgrade paths etc
