Are you sure that you are logged in into same account in Native Access on both Machines ?
Also you can only be logged in on one machine at a time , and generally you are only allowed to use N.I. software on one machine regularly.
Also then unless you are using a legacy OS then you are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
