How to troubleshoot installation failed?

Is Native Access still not supporting NAS drive? I'm running Native Access version 3.17.0 on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70). I already followed this instructions:

Hello Chong, normally we advise updating the Native Access to the latest version as this mostly helps. However, if you are sure about you are using the latest version, then probably sending you the direct download link individually would be the best option.
