Would help to know what is the actual error given.
Else , be sure that you are logged in on the computer as an Admin , then try this :
Run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon ,
Then re-boot computer
Then download the Native Access 1
then unzip the file
and then run the installer as an Admin
Then reboot
Then uninstall N.A. 1 and NTKDaemon
Then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon ,
Then Reboot
Then download latest version of Native Access for your OS and run installer as an Admin.
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Hello AUDIOHEAD, normally downloading the latest version of the Native Access 2 can help solving this issue. Have you tried downloading the last version of the Native Access 2 using the website below:
If the issue persists, can you please send us the screenshot of your Native Access page so we can understand the issue easier and help you to solve that as soon as possible.
I hope this helps☺️

Does anyone else not have the ability to log in on the page here? When I logged in it says to "Log in to contact support" but the link takes me back to https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/

Starting from https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000092857
I'm already logged in, but I click the button "contact support".
The result is my browser navigates to this page:

Also, if I click on the little profile icon at the top right of the "user-info dropdown" div, it navigates me to the same page.

If it's important, I navigated to the supprot site from the button "get support" on my order page on my for the product Kontact 8, https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/orders/#

This includes the section :
Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

I think the problem is the website requires low browser security settings, unfortunately.

Thanks, this link does take me to the same point. Unfortunately, with the same result.

Then please try some other browsers that you have not used before from the list of suggested.

To use other software I purchased as intended with my DAW software, I'm also required to install software from other providers and one of the prerequisites is Native Instruments software Kontact 8. The 4 different DAW software packages I use work just fine on my system, and so does the latest Pulse. While other users will just continue to be sycophants and public relations volunteers, I'm going to tell you it's not as good as it could be. Pulse 40.4.22.0 is very similar software and I can install and run it without trouble (although it's sluggish when operating) - Pulse install and run only required making a set of firewall rules. My experience compared to Pulse is "night and day" as they say. The contstructive criticism I have is that Native Access is less user-friendly and not as compatible as Pulse, and updates to that effect would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps conditions or dependencies need to be listed in a table of specifications on the website? Perhaps the installer could check conditions and notify the user, and look for dependencies and install them?

Hello unessential798312a, it seems like the page is for Kontakt instead of the Native ACcess which can also be the reason of this issue. Can you please try this link instead:
Are you still having the same issue?
I hope this helps☺️
