Maschine MK 2 + Software buy used... Serial not working
Hello everyone! I bought a used MK2 machine with a software CD and complete elements CD a few days ago, but this person had also bought the machine from someone else. Now I can't use the machine software because the serial is already registered... What do I do now? Many thanks and best regards, Robin

Depending on what software the Maschine MK 2 came with originally then you might get some software when/if you get the hardware serial transferred to your account. I don't know with respect to software serials on CDs but if registered then previous or original owner should transfer the serials (HW and SW) to you.
If you have no contact to whoever have the serials registered to their account then you might or might not be able to get the serials transferred by the help of N.I. support but that depend on the specific situation.
All such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support
Contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation

If you haven't received a Transfer ID, because you have no contact with the previous owner, please read this article and follow the instructions.
