this serial is already registered

dear people,
after more than 10 years I have found my installation CD Traktor and now I want to install via installation CD Traktor Duo on my laptop but activate but I get an error message every time that this serial is already registered. that is also the case, but with License transfer I can not get any further because I do not see my traktor in Native Access library.
does anyone know how I can solve this?

You can request a license transfer directly on our website (most are automated): How to Request a License Transfer ID to Sell Your NI Product , Ref. : Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"

Do not think Tractor Duo can be used within the latest Native Access. Duo has been retired for years.

You may need to reach out to NI Support on this one.
