Can't login after reset the password

I try to reset the password many times and download the instrument from Native Access 2, but there is no login error, but the login screen appears many times and I can't download it. Return to this screen
No email is sent.
The login screen for google integration appears, I enter my email address and password and no errors appear.
I get the native access page again and can't do anything.

Did you click the Account Login & Password Support link ?
In case of log-in problems : then please notice the "Cannot log-in? Check out our : Account Login & Password Support" beneath the log-in on page.
Else maybe try another browser to see if hat changes anything ? :
Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.
Is it keeping up with the changes in Windows 11?
It should be , did you download latest version of Native Access for your OS from here and run installer as an Administrator ?
If Google log-in does not work then use N.I. log-in
Else , if neither of this works then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Hello,
this forum is english only, please use a transaction tool.
So you clicked on "forgot my password" and changed your password, got an email and locked there the link to confirm the change but now you can't login?

USE English
Do not use Google log-in if it doesn't work.
Be sure to have sufficient administrative right on the computer
First uninstall Native Access and NTKDaemon
then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon ,
Then reboot PC
Then download latest version of Native Access for your OS from here and run installer as an Administrator
if that doesn't help then check the following :
Allow an app to access controlled folders
block third-party app installations in Windows 11/10 (for how to unblock)
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Thank you, I just updated it to Windows 11 because it's an empty PC. It works on my Mac, but it doesn't even display on my DOSV PC.
