How to contact costumer support
I am in desperate need of costumer support - but there is no way to get into contact with them. Even the info@mail sends me back to the FAQ and this silly chatbot - both dont help AT ALL.
I am trapped in a loop and it feels like a mockery.

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care , in particular then notice the need to log-in at page bottom.
If you experience page functionality problems then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

I think with the bot you have to answer the questions right, else it will send you back to some random guide:

Try giving it another answer and it should connect you to a humanoid life form. At least that is how I understood it.

The A.I. chat box is just a small (but necessary) step. Because most issues can be fixed by the user.
Do not write long extended texts. Keep it simple: "Can not login" or "Kontakt 8 crashing". Answer 5-6 simple questions with a simple "YES" or "NO".After that a real person will deal with you, or, if there is no one available at that time, you will be asked to open a support ticket. Then a NI employee will contact you next day (unless it is weekend, in that case might take 2 or 3 days, maximum) and will assist you through your email.

Dear support had to go back transfer hardrive from 2009 to newer 2009 mac book running on yosemite. I have my serial number but the mac will not allow me to attach or bring up native instruments. so there was a manual way but you guys stopped servicing this in 2017. Is there any way I can still get a activation request file without attaching to internet?

If you need an off-line activation then you need to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask if they are willing to help you with that.
