Selling my Traktor S2 MK2

Hello,

I've replaced my Traktor S2 MK2 with Traktor S2 MK3, and i would like to sell it.
When i bought it, the Traktor Pro 2 licence (or DJ 2, i don't remember) was included.

But, i've updated it, time to time, and now i'm using Traktor Pro 4 software.

How could i sell my old Traktor S2 MK2 with a licence for the software (probably the old Traktor Pro2) WITHOUT selling my own software licence (Traktor Pro 4) i'm using with my new Traktor S2 MK3 ?

    As you can see from your own screenshot then neither the Traktor DJ 2 nor the Traktor Pro 2 license are transferable , that is because that they came with hardware that you bought. And also then even if they had been transferable then you would have had to keep the one that is the base for the Traktor Pro 3 update.

    Luckily the question that you should ask is another one all together. The question that you need to ask is if the Traktor S2 MK2 comes with any 'base' software (e.g. Traktor DJ 2) and if then if the buyer of the Traktor S2 MK2 will also get the base software. It is entirely possible that a buyer when registering the Traktor S2 MK2 to own N.I. account will get some base software : Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer

    However , if you want any warranties on if buyer get a free copy of any base software then you will have to ask N.I. Account Support

    Just log into your NI account and go here:

    License Transfer

    And then click here:

    If the product is transferable - you will see a checkbox (1)

    If it's not - you will know (2)

    Just remember that a transfer of any product gained as the result of an "upgrade" Or "Update" will require the entire product lineage to go out of your account

    EX: If you purchased Product A in 2022 and then used that product as a launchpad to purchase a discounted "upgrade" to Product B in 2023 - Product A and B are now fused together as a license.

    If B is transferrable (per the graphic above) - A goes along for the ride.

    i've had some difficulty to talk to the support… and i found why !

    NI website seems not fully compatible with Firefox !

    With Chrome, i've found a way to talk to support.

    Great that you managed to sort the site problem. And thank you for sharing.

    Just for the record then FireFox is as good as Chrome and I usually always use FireFox myself. But depending on installation of Firefox or settings or extensions used then any browser can fail. But as you have discovered then if installing a never before used browser from among the best and accepting all cookies and not adding any extensions then that often will solve the problem if browser related at least.
