cant reinstall certain products. pls help.

hi. some of my libraries were appearing as not installed / missing in kontakt8 despite being installed in NA. I uninstalled them but now there is no button to re-install them, just locate.

can anyone pls help?

Cinematic Studio Solo Strings is a third party Kontakt Library that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access.

Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.

You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer

Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also : Do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

hi. yep ive done all this.

i dont use clean my mac.

for some reason one of my libraries is showing in the library view but not in the classic view.

If you are sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

then first try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , then reboot and reopen Native Access.

then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

And if you have the same problem in Komplete Kontrol app then try the My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete

Also always open the Apps as standalone one time prior to using in a DAW

Also make sure that you have enough space on both Download drive and Content drive.
