Cannot open the Ableton Live12. Until recently everything worked. Native Access is updated.

@xmo Sorry for the late answer. What happens in Kontakt in standalone? Can you open it? Does it crash? Have you checked these steps? Kontakt Crashes

Is it ableton 12.1.5? there is an issue, acknowledged by Ableton on the latest version, you can read all about it here:

What version of Native Access are you running and what do you see when you directly run it outside of Ableton?

That's why I'm so surprised … and I can't find the error. Both NA and Ableton are up to date.

Are you using Clean My Mac ? it has been giving people all sorts of strange problems : Also then do not use Clean My Mac
