Komplete 15 Products Missing

Recently upgraded to Komplete 15 Ultimate and over 30 of the instruments and effects aren't available for download in Native access, as well as many of the expansions. Also It is asking for libraries for Ozone 11. Trash and Vocalsynth that I also dont have

You should be able to see any serials and products connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. (if listed as not registered then use the serial in Native Access add serial function). If the product are not found on account as neither registered or as not registered and you can not find any serials to use in your emails including spam folder then please contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Purchase Support

If the product is on account or has been added to account then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Then try resetting the Native Access XML file to see if that makes any difference , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

But also do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

If problem persists then please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support .

Are you, by any chance, still on the old/legacy Native Access 1?

What if you download and install the new Native Access 2?

Many new products will only show up (and be installable) in this version.

Thanks everyone. Yes the problem was an old version of Native access. Every time I log into it it checks for updates, so I assumed it was up to date, but it wasn't. I deleted the old version and reinstalled and now I can see all of my products. Only problem now is that they are painfully slow to download. Not sure what's up with that, but I gather its a common NI problem.
