Maschine Software not showing up in Native Access

Just got my brand new Maschine Mikro MK3 and the maschine software is not showing up in native access at all. I've started my account, entered serial numbers, restarted the software and my computer multiple times, nothing is working. I'm on a Mac version 14.6.1. please please help!

    is your product from Amazon? bc I got one as a gift purchased from Amazon & NI told me to have the gift-purchaser request the invoice because they need info from it. Amazon customer service says the request has to be made by the gift-giver/original purchaser, and they can't just access it using the order #.

    You'll need to put in a ticket to have the Maschine licence added to your account unfortunately. You can go here - . You'll need to log into your account and you'll get a chatbot to contact support at the bottom right of the page.
