Unregistering my Maschine MK1

Hi all

I have sold my Maschine MK1 and now need to unregistered it however the hardware unit doesn't show up under my products on my account nor on Native Access. Should it appear there or is there somewhere else where I would need to unregister it? Also, if it's only the Maschine 2 software ID that needs to be transferred then, would I still be able to use that software with my newly acquired Maschine Studio? I didn't get a transfer licence from the seller of the Maschine Studio, because he never had the software and when I plugged it in, it immediately picked up my Maschine 2 software and worked fine.

Please help because I don't know where else to look.

As the Maschine MK1 has been end of life for some time now it's probably not eligible for a licence transfer as far as the software is concerned which is why it's not showing up anywhere, but I could be wrong.

You're probably better of just continuing to use Maschine 2 with Maschine Studio and sell the MK1 without a licence.

What I can tell you is that I sold my Maschine MK3 and transferred the licence for the software it came to the new user, including Maschine 2 software and I retained the use of it to use with my KK S61 MK2 keyboard. I believe the new user and the original owner get to keep a copy of the software.

You should also be able to contact NI support and inform them that you weren't given a transfer code for your Maschine Studio and they will normally provide it from their end.
