Bought second hand and I only have the serial number.

hello, I bought some midi keys from a man and he didn't give me the login details, he doesn't know them, I only have the serial number, can someone tell me how to do it all

    Usually you should get a licence transfer ID from the old owner. If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process. 

    Log in on Native Instruments site → go to Support → Purchase & Account → Account Support → (scroll down) Contact Support → Contact NI Support

    Depending on the exact situation then N.I. support might or might not be able to help but as suggested by maniacintosh81 then you have to contact N.I. support.

    All such issues are handled exclusively by N.I.Account Support

    Contact N.I.Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation
