How can i download my komplete libraries? Every time it says download failed

I tried to download my komplete libraries on my external hard drive and every time i download a vst it says download failed or it blocks while it's downloading for hours, but in the hard drive there's a folder of the instrument i tried to download even if the download failed;

Sometimes it seems to work but it takes more than a day to download, I thought it was my internet connection but even by restarting my router it didn't seem to change anything.

So to clarify my problems: Keep getting the message "Download failed" or the download completes in several days, but in my external hard drive there are folders of the virtual instruments I tried to install.

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (mac OS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
