That's a library for Kontakt. Do you actually have any version of the Kontakt app and plugin installed? I think that is probably where the problem lies. You need at least Kontakt or Kontakt Player to be installed for any of these libraries to load. This has nothing to do with Sequoia or MkII or MkIII.

I had seen on my library that I had not install KONTACT I am Downloading its Kontakt 8 is it good enough??

For Monark you need to install Reaktor

Sounds like you have been installing the preset libraries but not the plugins to load them in. That would also include Massive and Massive X if you own these
