Why are some of my libraries missing?
Dear NI Community,
I recently purchased the Kontakt 15 Standard Update but, logging into Native Access, some of the libraries are missing. Specifically, I talk about Kontakt 8, Glaze 2, Nacht, Electric Keys, izotope Trash and some more.
Weirdly, other libraries are there, such as the Kareem Riggins Drums.
As for my specs:
I have a Kontakt 7 (version 7.8.1) and my Mac is a Big Sur 11.6.
As for Glaze 2, it requires a 7.6.0 Kontakt player (or higher) which I have.
The problem is that NA does not even tell me that my version is too old…it just doesn't add these libraries in Native Access in the first place.
My question is: how do I get these libraries? Where are they?
I read in a thread that CleanMyMac can be a source of problems. I completely deleted it, run the serial number again…but the missing libraries did not show up.
I don't want to uninstall Native Access and all my plugins - hence: does anyone else has this problem and could help me?
Thank you in advance!

Did you download and use latest version of Native Access for your OS before you did the reset of the Native Access XML file ? (My Product is Missing in Native Access .)
Also : Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
Else to make sure that there is no mix-up then check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page and make sure that you are logged into correct account in N.A.
If problem persists then please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support .

The issue is Big Sur. That OS is no longer supported under the current version of Native Access or Komplete 15.
You might be able to get some of your bundle by using a much older version of NA. Maybe as far back as 3.2x.But that will not permit access to Kontakt 8 or any of the newest instruments and software released in the last year or more.
You will need to consider an OS update to really get the most from your K15 bundle.
Mac OS 12 is the minimum entry point.

Hey Vocalpoint,
Thank you very much for your answer! That was already very helpful.
I updated my laptop (now I am on Monterey 12.6.7).
As a result, I could install Kontakt 8. Yet, there are still many libraries missing.
What confuses me is that on the product pages, Glaze 2 for example, it says it needs a Kontakt Player 7.6.0 or higher (which I have) and in the system preferences for Kontakt Player it says MacOs 12,13,14 (which I now also have).
Nowhere it makes clear that I need MacOs13 or higher for using it (or maybe I'm overseeing something?).
I also deleted the NativeAcesss.xml file and refreshed my page. Still, it wouldn't work.
I am rather confused as to why I am not able to access these libraries and why it is not made more specific on the website.
Still, thank you very much VocalPoint for your help.

Would help to know exactly which version of Native Access you are using - and post a screencap of your instrument listing showing what you actually have access to.
Example - are you licensed for Glaze 2? Does it appear in NA to be installed?
