Invasion download stuck on installing

Hi All,

I've spent hours trying to download getgood drums invasion drum library and as soon as the download is complete, it keeps getting stuck on installing.

I have tried changing the file path of the download location, restarting native access and my laptop. I've tried downloading an older version of native access. Nothing seems to work. It's driving me mad, I just paid for this and I can't even access it.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

And did you do what all the Mac N.I. users must do ?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

Hi got the same issue. Went through every step recommended on here (changed settings) but the download is just not happening. Please someone advise.
