ID TRANSFER
Hello, I bought a Kontrol complete in a second-hand shop and I don't have the transfer id and I can't register it in my account. The second-hand shop doesn't have it either, and since it's registered to its previous owner, it won't let me register it in my account. What should I do?

Go in the bottom of the page and click "Login to contact support".
Answer few questions about your issue in the A.I. Chat box and when it asks you to open a support ticket, do so.
A NI employee will contact you soon through email.
He will ask you to tell the serial number (listed under your device) and show a picture of it to prove the hardware is in your hands.
Please be patient and do not open a second ticket if the answer delay for few days. It's cuber season sales and they are extremely busy with a big amount of requests. :-)

All such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support
Contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation. Please however notice that if the previous owner denies this then N.I. may not be able to transfer the unit hardware serial. Therefore it is best to always get a valid license transfer ID .
