I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my Komplete product being wrongly locked and removed from my account after a complicated refund and repayment process.
I’ve been sitting in queues for the live support chat system for over a week; I’ve spoken to a total of two operatives and neither of then stayed long enough for me to actually explain the situation before making a vague assumption of my circumstances and closing the conversation, forcing me to queue again.
Apparently I’m supposed to be getting email correspondence but I’ve check all over my email account and I’m not getting anything, not even junk.
Does anyone have a direct email that I can use to actually communicate with someone instead of sitting with the tab indefinitely open in the hopes that someone will get to me before the page refreshes itself and resets my position?
