Help! Cannot load my Content Libraries (external hard drive) on new Macbook M4 Pro

Help! -

I just bought a new Macbook M4 Pro in order to run my NI Komplete S49 MK2 and Maschine MK3.

Running MacOS Sequoia 15.1 with Native Access v 3.14.0.

While I can see all my content on my hard drive, and accurately located in my Native Access library, my content does not load in either standalone, or running in GarageBand as plug-in.

I've tried re-installing Native Access, Maschine, and Komplete Kontrol with no luck. I've also had no luck with GarageBand plug-ins in Rosetta mode.

Any suggestions for next steps or troubleshooting?

Do the libraries show in Kontakt in standalone?

What is the format of your external hard drive?

Do Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol and Native Access, as well as your DAW all have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Please try resetting the database of Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt:

    Reinitialize the Komplete Kontrol Database

    1. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Komplete Kontrol folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reboot your computer and reopen the Komplete Kontrol software to check that the issue has been resolved.

    Do the same for Kontakt.

    I have the same problem.

I just got a new MacbookPro M4 Max and spent the whole day yesterday troubleshooting my Native Instruments Kontakt stuff. I have all the content in an extyernal SSD drive, I can see them just fine. But NOTHING shows up when I open Kontakt (plugin AND standalone).

I couldn't figure out what could be wrong so I gave up. Everytime I try to use NI in the past few years it just gets worse and worse.

For now, I decided to remove all NI from my new mac and just use Arturia and Falcon instead. At least they know how to make things "just work".
