did you try to see in your account on the website, check the "my product" section.
you have to download native access probably (it is free) and from there you just put the serial numbers and you should be able to download whatever you already bought.

That’s the first thing I tried it doesn’t show up. Maybe I’ll try to open Natove access with Rosetta?! Idk I’ll report back if it works

What exact software version are you referring to ? Be sure to be logged into the correct account and then you should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
Also if the software that came with your device (Machine Mikro MK2 ?) were Maschine 1.x then the upgrade to Maschine 2 is a paid upgrade. If need be then please check the Where to get Maschine 1 software.
You do not state your OS version either so for good measure then here is the link to the Maschine 2 Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems .

Sonoma 14.6.1
I tried the legacy nothing shows up.0 -
Sonoma 14.6.1
Thank you , very useful information , but I meant : What exact Maschine software version are you referring to as missing ?
I tried the legacy nothing shows up
As far as I have understood then Native Access will not show software versions that is not compatible with your OS , so if what you are missing can not officially run on the Sonoma 14.6.1 then it might not show at all.
Again : you should be able to see any registered serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed under Registered Products. I do not have any knowledge about what software that officially will not run on Mac OS version X.X.X that can be tinkered to run anyway. But if the links for downloads provided by me in my previous post are not sufficient then ask (quote or 'tag' me) and I will check if I have a link or (also if I have not) then you can contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask for a download link.

I tried that and non of them show up. Even reinstalled. I’m almost guaranteeing this won’t be resolved without them wanting me to pay for something.

Appreciate the help. Ive tried to get ahold of support with no luck. Pretty sure it was just Mashine 2.0 between 2-3 whichever version was used 2020-2021. I Downloaded a legacy version 2.17.4 it opens Demo. And when I hit activate it takes me to products page and then crashes.. I put in serials for 100x Idk what to do anymore. reinstalled NA tried all of it. NI Support isn't great this is pretty disappointing.

So it all just takes me in circles. Couldn’t get live chat it’s not even an option when I click these links. I’m hoping somebody can just look at my serials or pull up my account and just send me the dang software. I’m trying to be patient but man…..

A lot of people have difficulties using the support interface, please check the below :
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in,then at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't,that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) Please refer to the page : How to get in touch with our Customer Care or read my Support page functionality changes post here .
In case your browser doesn't work as described then please try an alternative browser, I suggest trying from among the following FireFox , Vivaldi Browser , Opera Browser and Chrome (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
