How to get NI SUPPORT??

Your site is stupid, I can't get support, I made a lot of clicks in "cycle" of links about support.

There is no any form to ask a support!

Why??

My problem is - I bought 1,5 days ago Traktor Pro 4

But order is still in process. I spent 75$. Where is my download instal link??

"My PRODUCTS…" - there is no here TP4

Native Access (last version) - there is no here TP4

I have 2 licences of TP3.

Please, help me to connect with NI SUPPORT

    To get in contact with purchase support then use : N.I.Purchase Support ,

    Please refer to the page : Howto get in touch with our Customer Care

    Else to get in contact with e.g. account support then this is how :

    You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I.Account Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click theContact N.I. support again

    1: Do you need help with the activation or installation of aproduct?

    NO

    2: Is your question about License Transfers / 2nd hand purchases?

    NO

    3 Do you have 2 NI accounts and want to merge them?

    NO

    4 Are you experiencing problems with your email address orpassword for your NI account?

    None of that

    @Ket The support system did change but it's still very there.

    When you navigate to the NI website, you go to SUPPORT:

    If you have difficulties logging in, you will find a link in there to the account login typeform.

    "Scroll down to bottom of page N.I.Account Support and log in"

    After Log In Page without button "Contact support". Site proposes me to visit Online Community.

    If I click it, same page opens (cycle)

    If I click again "Purchase & account" , cycle starts again.

    You are right... the same happened to me.

    I think these people from Native Instruments are getting big heads.

    They are happy getting your money, right?

    But if you have a problem, you’ll have to go to some community page and trying to solve it yourself.

    They used to have a form, but I suppose they don’t care anymore about their buyers. The form is not available anymore.

    Stop buying their products!

    @Jeremy_NI , an unhappy person (Ket above) that can not get support interface to work but found time to down vote my previously posted attempt to assist , perhaps you can assist the person ?
