NA show me 2 products with no name that I ca't install

Hi,

looked for this issue everywhere, I don't found a solution.

In a Clean installation (Lenovo T460 - i5 - 16Gb ram - Windows 11) KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for Collections DL edition.

After install all, trying to install these products:

Seems it's all OK, but I don't know why it shows me this.

Last version of NA.

Ir's related to Kontakt 5 and or Reaktor 5 and apparently also related to some bug in N.A. that will soon be fixed. Please check out this discussion : Native Access unknown item doesn't install .

For now, just ignore it.

For the history, there are 2 "unnamed" items (if you see one or both, it depends on what other products you have), this one (the one that appears to you) is Kontakt 5 and the other is Reaktor 5.
