Again, I cannot purchase from the web shop and need to upgrade my iZotope product.
I am posting here because I have to use the NI web shop to upgrade my iZotope product (Music Production Suite) and I again cannot make a purchase and run into an error. At this point I truly believe something is wrong with my account and cannot get anyone to help me.
I posted on this forum over a month ago with the identical problem when trying to purchase a different product from NI, see here:
I have three days left to upgrade my product during the summer sale and have no other route to go. I am hoping by posting this earlier someone from NI or iZotope can help me before the sale ends. I have already started a ticket (Native Instruments - #4322823). I am attaching pictures of the error and my cart here.

You checked with your bank that everything is fine with your card? I have some cards where I can disable or enable online transactions via their app.

@maniacintosh81 I can't even get to the next screen after selecting credit card as an option to put the credit card information in. If I select PayPal I can go to PayPal's website to checkout but after confirming I get the exact same error. I've tried the othe options as well, all give the same error.
But yes, my credit card is activated and has more than enough credit and my PayPal account has more than enough funds, so I'm thinking this is an account or website error.

Just wanted to get sure it isn‘t a payment problem. Looked like it at first glance on your screenshot. But if you cannot even enter your card number this is surely not the case.
Sorry but have no real idea what could be wrong. I rule out a bad cookie as you already tried different devices in your other post.
Already tried what happens if you put another product in your cart? No update or upgrade which requires another preowned licence? On NI store site the crossgrade to production suite 6.5 is shown as not available for them even if they qualify - confirmed by NI sales support.

@maniacintosh81 I appreciate the reply. I did just now try to purchase Razor on its own with nothing else in my cart and have the same error coming up. Just to try it, I also put my upgrade in the cart (by itself) for Komplete standard through NI's website. Again, same error.

Did you try buying from the iZotope website, if you purchased prior version there? That's what I do.

@Simchris I did go through the iZotope website and my loyalty offers, but since NI acquired them, the checkout process is through NI's web shop. Thanks for the reply and suggestion though.

Sorry, that I couldn't really help. I have no more ideas what to try without help from NI/iZotope. Fingers are crossed that someone or NI can help you in time to get your upgrade.

@maniacintosh81 Thank you for trying anyway, I really appreciate it. I did hear back from NI in my ticket, and according to the last update my ticket has been escalated and forwarded to a specialist that should be reaching out shortly. That was 9 hours ago, but fingers crossed here as well.
