So, I have been trying to reset the password for my account for weeks…
I click on "Don't remember your password?", then enter my email address, click on "Send Email", but never receive any email from NI.
I always check the spam folder and I always make sure I use the correct email address for my NI account and check spelling. I have also adjusted my email client's security settings to allow automatic notifications sent by Native Instruments.
I have tried dozens of times but never receive any emails…
Any ideas?
