I'm unable to open Traktor Pro 3. Each time I try the following error messages pop up.

The first one is "Could not initialize Traktor. Could not create default root directory at "/Users/alanmorton/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor 3.11.1"!

After clicking OK, another error message comes up stating "Could not initialize Traktor. Could not create default root directory at "/Users/alanmorton/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor 3.11.1"!

I have updated both Native Access and Traktor Pro 3 to the latest versions. I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled Traktor to see if this fixes the error.

Below is my iMac details -
Chip = Apple M1
macOS = Sonoma 14.5

Any help or advice that can be offered would be really appreciated.

Alan

    Thanks for the response.

    I had granted full disc access but the same error message came up again.

    I seem to have resolved the issue now. There was an odd documents alias file in the destination folder. Once I'd deleted that, Traktor started up straight away.

    Did you granted Traktor Pro harddisk access during installation? Looks like Traktor cannot write at the given path.

    Maybe this support link helps.
