Traktor 3.11.117 only runs if I "run as administrator" – Why is this?

  • Since this morning I can only run Traktor 3.11.117 if I "run as administrator" - which is strange because... I am always the administrator on this machine.
Any idea why this is? Because now I can't just run it by clicking on the icon in the taskbar - I have to have a shortcut on my desktop and right click/run as administrator.
It's not a big deal, I'm just really curious as to why this is happening and if there's anything I can change to make it a one-click thing again.
  • Also, Native Access 2 no longer starts at all.

Windows 11 Home 23H2, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz, 32GB RAM

In the properties of the .EXE file, in the "compatibility" tab, there is an item "run this program as an administrator". Turn on this item and the whole problem =)

Thank you so much for your answer. I already figured that out.

Why Native Access 2 no longer starts at all is still a mystery, I tried reinstalling it but no solution.

It starts every once in a while for me. And this does not depend on whether it is via Wi-Fi or a cable connection. And the funny thing is that Traktor itself was updated. But it starts without "Administrator"
