Pack not installing

I purchased the Straylight/Pharlight/Ashlight bundle except unlike my previous downloads, this won’t install. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks, Peter

You are supplying too little information. What is your computer type ? , what is your OS version ? , what is your Native Access version ? , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual screenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far.

If you are on Mac as suggested by your profile then you can also try the NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google)
