I am using Traktor 3.11.1 with a Traktor S2 MK3 connected to my speakers via RCA and to my computer via USB. The headphones are connected to the controller via a 3.5mm jack.
I have no sound from my speakers, but I do have sound from my headphones. I have tried everything I can think of but can't figure out the issue.
Here is what I have tried:
- 3.5mm in the PC to XLR in the speakers. In this case, sound came out of the speakers but not from the headphones.
- Using a laptop. With the laptop, everything works flawlessly. I compared settings between the laptop and my PC, and everything seems to be the same.
- Switching between Windows drivers and NI drivers. No difference.
- Checking for firmware updates, but there were none.
- Reinstalling Windows, but that didn't solve the problem either.
