Native Access installation "loading products" wheel spin...
The system was working fine, but then I had Native Access decide it needed an update. That then said it had failed, so I tried again, and then the same issue occurred. I then decided to remove NNative Access from my system to install it manually. On doing this, I am getting a "Loading Products" message which just spins for hours and does nothing.
Any suggestions on getting this to work properly?

Seems to have resolved itself after I logged in manually to NI Community forum.
Though that could just be a coincidence.

In my experience, if it stalls on "loading products" just close it and reopen.

Try version 3.8.0 , if that doesn't work then you probably need to deep clean the system from both Native Access and NTKDaemon , both hard drive and registry and then reinstall the N.A. as an admin.
Else , let N.I. Native Access and Installation Support fix the mess
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

Wait! Everybody keeps saying 3.11 is bad for all people, but that's not necessarily true! Please don't go back to 3.8 without FIRST trying this:
When you update to Native Access 3.11 and you get the "wheel spin" symptom…let it spin for a minute or two (just to be sure that all background things have finished and have stopped running in Windows), then go ahead and close Native Access with the "X" close button in the upper right corner of the UI window. Alternatively, you could kill it in Windows Task Manager or just reboot your machine…but I just close the app and that always works.
Now restart Native Access. The interface should open fairly quickly, and the "load" process might take a minute. It's well worth the wait, however. And if this works, you're off to the races and you don't need to backlevel NA to 3.8! If it still hangs at wheel-spinning, then you may have some issues.
Also note this: If you have a lot of products installed, NA could take some minutes to fully load or to refresh when you press the refresh button. I have 406 products and a 1000+ Mbps internet service which is super fast. But NA 3.11 still takes a minute or two to fully load. I tested it and just now it took 90 seconds to perform a product/library refresh. Your mileage may vary, but it's worth a try!
