Missing Libraries and Demo mode in native access
Hi all, just today a lot of my libraries have disappeared from Native access (kontakt 7, spitfire chamber etc) and as you'll see from the screenshot, a lot of the libraries are saying 'demo'. When I try and open K7 in logic its asking me to activate it which leads to native access but then it is unfindable. Is it possible NI servers are down?

Is it possible NI servers are down?
Many things are possible including the N.I. servers being down. But I wouldn't count on it as being the cause of your issue. Much more likely is a screw-up in the server or programming in what N.A. connects to. Some people reports their issue suddenly fixed itself after a while , while others struggles to just get a fix.
Though the problem may look the same then solution is not always one size fits all. And anyway then to try to correct the problem usually consists of try this and if that doesn't work then try that.
In your case you could try exit N.A. and then move the original XML to another place, then reboot and then try Jeremy_NI's latest 'invention' : the replacing of the XML file and doesn't work then put the original XML back
It looks like the Native Access.xml file downloaded by NA is damaged/incomplete.
In this example it is missing the Kontakt 7 entries, please try the following:
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA
Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again.
If this doesn't work, please download this zip file, unzip it and and replace your xml file with this one.

It's similar to what I met yesterday, but my Native Access had somehow automatically returned to normal.
I can't promise but maybe you can try doing nothing and waiting until it returns to normal.😯😯
