kontakt disapeared for native access and all plug ins are in demo mode

Hello there ! Native access just put almost all of my kontakt plug ins on demo mode.. i got a komplete 14 upgrade and everything was working well till today. I use a macbook pro running big sur (currently upgrading to os12 monterey) and the last native access version.

what the hell do you guys think has happened ? not all of my kontakt plug in are on demo mode which is even odder. I still have the kontakt and kontakt 7 apps on my mac launchpad but they doesnt appear within the "application" folder in native access.

when i open kontakt in standalone mode, a window pops and asks me to buy kontakt, activate or run then demo mode.

full disk access is granted to all NI apps as well !

just seen there is a 49euros update to pay on my NI account to update kontakt ? but i have komplete 14 ultimate ? i really dont understand, do we have to pay more to keep using kontakt ? i cannot even use the free kontakt player..

that is a bit stressfull as i got a live gig in a few days hahaha but thanks for helping me out ! :)

N.I.'s shop is stupid that way , you most likely got another license than the K14U that qualifies for upgrades

I can not guarantee that it will help in your specific case but you could try Jeremy_NI's latest 'invention' : the replacing of the XML file.

In this example it is missing the Kontakt 7 entries, please try the following:

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again.

If this doesn't work, please download this zip file, unzip it and and replace your xml file with this one.
