I purchased 8dio bundle — Not showing up in Native Access
I purchased the 8dio Modern Scoring Bundle. The invoices etc. say that the serial number will show up in Native Access. After a few hours, I went to my NI account and it showed Not Registered but I found the ser# entered it into Native Access.
My account now shows it as Registered but the download is still is not showing up in Native Access Version 3.10.3 (f6d63dd / 1.17.2.0)
It's not on the Recently Available page not the Available tab. I shut down and restart NA every half hour.
How long am I supposed to wait?

Exit N.A. Try resetting the Native Access XML file (delete or move Native Access.xml to some place else)(N.A. will replace) , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , Then reboot to see if problem is fixed when you open N.A.

I haven't tried the strategy suggested above because I believe the issue is that the bundle is not certified by NI for Mac OS 14 and Native Access prevents it from being displayed as available as a result (I just bought the bundle too and also can't see it). Is there a way we users of Sonoma can get past the restriction and use the products at our own risk if that is indeed the issue? If not I assume we can keep our orders in limbo until the certification is complete, when they should show up as available in Native Access (correct?).

I should also note that there were not specific notes on compatibility issues of the bundle with Mac OS 14, only that "An internet connection, a graphics card that supports OpenGL 2.1 (or higher), and macOS 10.15-12 or Windows 10 (or higher) are required to download and activate this product. "

You might be right with respect to the Sonoma compatibility. I don't know , I don't have a Mac and I do not receive any special advice other than what I am able to pick-up myself through documentation, feedback or statistics.
P.S. : Profile of user over here says : MAC OS 13.6 , but I can not tell if that is the same issue as here.
However I doubt that orders can be 'kept in Limbo' or suspended indefinitely (at least not on user request). But nobody but support could answer such a question anyway. Jeremy_NI might have an idea , but he has not been around today , and it's not known if he will be back tomorrow either or if he will not be back until next week. So my advice on that is that you need to contact support and pose your question there : N.I. Purchase Support

This could be one of those scenarios that required a rollback (Specifically for Macs) to NA 3.8.1 to get things working correctly.
There were a few of these “products not appearing” threads recently.

Sorry to learn that that did not help either , if you want to try VocalPoint's suggestion to use an older N.A. then here is the link for NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of download problems then rt logging into Goggle).
Also such problems has been reported suddenly solving itself .
Otherwise then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket.
There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

The libraries just now showed up in Native Access. Apparently, the answer to my question is 'around 4 hours'.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Thank you for reporting back. Yes, as I wrote above then "Also such problems has been reported suddenly solving itself ." , It seen before , but again impossible to say what is what. Just great that it works. 🙂

I think this is just something that someone new to 8DIO may not be prepared for. I've got a fairly large collection of 8DIO instruments. The good news is they're undoubtedly the most realistic and comprehensive instruments on the market. The problem is, they're all ABSOLUTELY HUGE due to the size and scope of their sample files.
For example, the Intimate Studio Strings weighs in at 42 GB, Anthology Strings are at 43.7 GB. So it really doesn't surprise me if you got that full bundle it took about 4 hours to get it downloaded and installed. But what you will find if you explore all the options in each of these libraries is how realistic they are and how comprehensive all the various articulations are. 8DIO has always built it's business on professional cinematic composers and they really demand the very best for doing soundtracks and such.

Mine have started to show up too, but not all yet. Thanks to all!

4 hours were the time it took to appear in N.A. after purchase.

Correct.
The full download is around 235GB and will likely take all day. Part of it is probably that the servers are working hard as people are buying this; the rest is that my internet is still over copper. So weird considering that I live in the Silicon Valley about two miles away from Apple, Google, Microsoft (PowerPoint), HP and many others.

I don't know what they had to do with those libraries quite frankly because they normally don't even show up in Native Access and must be used as non fully NKS compatible libraries rather than a compliant Native Access VST. I already have a few of those libraries in the bundle and I had to use the 8dio Downloader to install them and manually incorporate them as external libraries in Kontakt or KK, but not in Native Access. So I'm kind of suspecting there might be some post processing things going on with them. I'm just thrilled to see NI bringing them into the family.

I am interested in the 8Dio library. I already own a couple of these libraries but they are not NKS compatible. At this price I would buy the package if there were indeed ALL NKS compatible, as they seemed to indicate in their Youtube video. Have you had enough time to open them all and confirm the NKS compatibility? I have a new Kontrol S61 so it would be nice if they could all play nice together.
