Permanently recieving "Download Failed: "Unknown error"" message

Hi!

I keep recieving "Download Failed: "Unknown error"" message while updating or installing new products. The actions offered by related support article (deleting old iso files etc with restarting) don't help. NA version is 1.14.1 on Win7.

What could be wrong?
