Maschine micro mk3 already registered hardware serial

Hi,

just got a mikro from amazon warehouse, item is already registered (from previous owner I guess) cannot download instruments. I have the original card, any suggestion please.

You'll need to contact support to get the unit registered to your account. They'll most likely want a copy of the receipt from Amazon and a photo of the serial number from the base of the unit.

Go here and click on the "Account Support" box. Go to the bottom of the next page and you'll see an option to use a chatbot that will lead you to the correct person.
