Native Access restarts downloads

I purchased K7 yesterday. Tried to install the Factory Library, left my computer on all night. Today i check it, 25 GB out of 39 downloaded, 4 more hours to complete. I check it again two hours later and the download has restarted and i lost all my progress. I'm incredibly angry about this. If Native Instruments didn't have a monopoly on sample libraries i wouldn't have paid this ridiculous price for software i cannot even install.
