Problem Accessing Product

This is my first NI product so I'm a little lost here. I just bought Strings 2 and followed the instructions to download Native Access. I guess I am supposed ot be able to find Strings 2 in Access, but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

    You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. If the product list as registered then it ought to be available in Native Access , if it lists as not registered then it should be registered in Native Access using the add serial.

    If the serial is not found on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , neither as Not registered nor as Registered Products then check your emails in connection with the purchase for the serial and the email spam forlder for emails if missing !

    Otherwise : There has just been introduced chat support for purchases, accounts assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) (though blue chat box might not show at the moment due to a web-page issue) :
