Native Access "Download Failed" after upgrading to Version 3.10.3

Here we go again. Upgraded today (April 22nd, 2024) to Version 3.10.3 of Native Access because apparently updates could not start until the new version was installed. New version installed, no updates possible: "Download Failed". No problems with the previous version. No changes to preferences, download locations or anything. Only difference in my setup: Version 3.10.3! Are you guys serious? It really puts me off from ever purchasing any NI products again.

Your issue might be connected to the one referred to here : Quote Hayo_NI : we're working on diagnosing the issue and hope to get a fix out for next release! Apologies for the frustration caused here!

Otherwise : There has just been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :
