Hi all, Today I was back at Should I just sell off my Maschine MK3? It happens every time I take it out of the closet once in a few weeks. It's been that way ever since I bought the damned thing 3-4 years ago, but this time I figured out it wasn't the hardware or its complicated DAW integration to blame, but the software itself. Here's what is happening - I open Maschine I go to the Browser -> Groups tab I select a kit to preview the sound the sounds starts playing the sound stops abruptly after a second or two the software hangs the hardware display freezes And that's it! Mac OS cursor turns into the psychedelic color wheel. Activity Monitor says Maschine is "Not Responding". R. I. P. Maschine. The only way to bring it back from dead is to Force Quit the Maschine software. And then, it starts all over again from Step 1. So basically, my Maschine (hardware as well) has become unusable right now. And this happens in standalone mode as well as plugin mode within Logic Pro X, and whether I am browsing in the software or on the hardware. Anyone encountered this? Anyone knows how to fix this? I have Maschine v2.15.0, I'm on a 14" MacBook Pro with M1 Pro running Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1 and Logic Pro X 10.7.4. I also deleted the favorites.db3 file, restored that one from backup, but nothing works.

Same issue. M1 Max. library resides on thunderbolt Glyph SSD. No audio interface other than MK3. I do switch audio out regularly between, MacBookPro speakers, Built In (Apple headphones), and Airplay (Apple home pods). Maybe that's part of the secret sauce to instantiate the bug. I have completely removed everything NI following the NI article, and reinstalled without success. Currently working around the issue with either or of the methods below, both work: 1) reduce audio buffer size to less than 256, prevents crashing previewing patches in any way. 2) on startup or when loading a new project - hit browser - load whichever patch is currently selected. Once any patch has been loaded I can now scroll and preview any patches.

Hey @Nutellaface here is an installer for the previous version of the Maschine software, can you install it and see if the issue still occurs? For some users, the problem only occurs with 2.15: Maschine 2.14.7
