Why is my Kontakt 7 crossgrade download missing the Orchestra library?

Actually I'd like to see a verifiable list of what I should have gotten. The orchestra library was an obvious omission.

Support seems to be a joke with NI. They hide the ability to submit trouble tickets. I've never seen such an evasive company. It's like the science of evasion, taken to new heights.

I have no idea. I bought the Kontakt 7 package crossgrade. I was told it was a complete package. It seems to be missing several of the advertised components, like the orchestra from Orchestral Tools.

The "How to contact Customer Care" page is a laugh riot. 2 large supposed links that don't work. No way to contact the supposed Customer Care division of NI. Obviously NI doesn't want to pay for the bandwidth of such a service.

Update: Scrolling past the dead links, I found Customer Care links that did work (apparently) towards the bottom of the page. I was able to submit a trouble ticket for the missing libraries.
