Why Native Access cannot load products
Recently, my Reaktor was opened but it wanted me to activate it. When I opened Native Access, I found that it was constantly spinning around.I also tried downloading a new Native Access, but it didn't work.
My network is also fine, this is too annoying. Why is Native Access so bad? I have encountered this problem more than once.

It's strange, I reinstalled Native Access yesterday and found that it can function normally, but I still fear that it will have problems again one day.

@dreason85 Please try the following:
For Windows:
First please delete the User Registry entries of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:
- Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left side of your screen.
- Type "regedit" into the search field, then press Enter to open the Windows Registry Editor.
- In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments >
- Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" entries
Next please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:
- Click the Windows Start Button on the bottom left of your screen.
- Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
- This will open the following folder location: C: > Users > *Your User Name* > AppData > Local
- go into the Native Instruments directory and delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders
For Mac:
First please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:
- Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
- Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders
Next please delete the UserUser plist of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:
- Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Preferences >
- Delete the com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist and com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist
- restart your computer

What happens when you start Native Access as an administrator? Right-click on the desktop icon or Start menu entry -> "Execute as administrator".

Sorry , but that's simply not very informative , what doesn't work ? Do you still have problems getting Native Access to work ? (Quote: When I opened Native Access, I found that it was constantly spinning around.I )
Also : Quote : "also tried downloading a new Native Access, but it didn't work"
What didn't work ? You could not download the new Native Access ? or you could not install it ? or you installed the new and it kept spinning ?
I have a very hard time following any of this !
What version of Native Access were you using before you tried to update Native Access ? What version of Native Access are you presently using ? If you upgraded from V. 1 then that might be the problem since that have historically given people problems !

What I mean is that I downloaded the latest version of Native Access and installed it. After installing it, I opened it. When I arrived at the product loading page, it was a blank space. I waited for a long time, but the result was the same. I closed and reopened it, but a login page appeared asking me to log in. Okay, I logged in but couldn't log in.

I contacted, but the solution given to me was to download and install again, but this still hasn't solved the problem

Quote your following post where you refer to contacting support : "I contacted, but the solution given to me was to download and install again, but this still hasn't solved the problem"
If you are using Windows 10 as your profile page says and if all the above suggested by Jeremy_NI do not work then I think that problem is on of three :
Either it's a user access privilege problem , or it's a problem with some (security?) program on your computer or Windows security preventing correct installation , or you have problems with left overs of a previous version of Native Access preventing the installation.
You might have to both thoroughly remove all remnants of all old installations of Native Access and then after that re-install/install newest version of Native Access in Windows safe mode !

Something could have changed on your setup or in the Native Access app. As for future problem then with the amount of changes to OS' on an often almost weekly rate and the fact that also the Native Access app is being constantly 'tweaked' and on top of that add that some of all the other software that you use could have an impact, then who can say how things will run for you in the future ?
The best way to keep software running is a to take a backup when you are sure that everything runs %100 OK !

The thing I'm worried about has happened again. There's still a problem with Native Access, causing Reaktor is demo. Why do they want this terrible Native Access to activate the product?

I have also seen a lot of discussions about this issue, and I think Native Access is too junk.
To be honest, I have never encountered such a problem before. Everything is fine, and I can use Reaktor happily. Now I can't play anything anymore.

Since their Native Access is so junk, how can they still keep selling products? What is the point of users not being able to use the product.
