Reaktor 6 runs in demo even though its been purchased
Hello, I purchased Reaktor 6 in 2015 and used it for years with no issue. I took a break for a few years and now I have come back to revisit it.
The issue: Upon loading the REAKTOR 6 plugin in Logic or opening it in standalone it runs in DEMO mode, prompting me to either BUY or ACTIVATE. When I click on ACTIVATE it opens Native Access (3.4.0) and only shows that I have REAKTOR 6 PLAYER (6.5.0) installed. There are no options to activate, download or install REAKTOR 6 within Native Access. Only REAKTOR 6 PLAYER shows up in my lists.
I have tried installing via my account settings under MY PRODUCTS AND SERIALS with no luck. I have also gone to the ADD SERIAL option within Native Access and pasted the REAKTOR 6 serial number from my purchase. However, after doing so I get the prompt "SUCCESS you have successfully registered BML Low Brass. I have no clue what BML Low Brass is but I do know it is not REAKTOR 6.
I have reached out to support but it's been well over a week with no reply and so I am hoping one of you kind souls can help me out here. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you need to use NA immediately, you could install a previous version
This is something I always suggest since all the problems NA 2 has now (I still run version 1 and never had a single hiccup), but now I’m quite scared to cause you even more problems…

On NI website, your account, your Products & Serials can you see the Reaktor 6 Full version?

Yes, it says REAKTOR 6 and I paid $215.42 for it.

Thanks for the info. However, I performed the steps in that article and now Native Access will not open. It says Unable to Login / Restart your computer / if the problem persists contact support. I've restarted twice and the results are the same. So now in addition to REAKTOR stuck running in demo mode, Native Access doesn't work. Thoughts?

SUCCESS ……on the 6th try I was able to get Native Access started. I added my Reaktor serial and voila….Reaktor now works as expected. PROBLEM SOLVED.
It’s remarkable how much money I’ve given Native Instruments and yet I have to rely on the community forums to get any sort of tech support. That’s a rant for another time. Nevertheless, I’m thankful you folks are here and willing to help. Take care.

I'm running into this same issue. Bought it off Plugin Boutique and registered the serial (which NA says was successful) but if I open Reaktor and click Build it says it's in demo. It them asks me to activate. So I click activate to open NA and nothing happens. I then paste my serial into it again and still nothing other than it saying "success".
Not sure if I'm supposed to see a separate product for Reaktor 6 full version in NA but I still only see Reaktor Player (not sure if that's the same product but with more features unlocked or something?).
I'm trying to download and use the older NA app as it seemed to have solved the OPs issue but it insists on updating the moment I open the app.
Any thoughts on how I can prevent it from updating so I can try this workaround?

Actually I seem to be okay. I clicked update and it still seemed to leave me with the older version so if anyone else wants to try this you should be safe. I now see Reaktor 6 full version and it is now fully activated in the DAW.
Clearly this is an issue with the garbage new version of Native Access. Second issue I've had this week with this thing (other issue was it completely refusing to install Previews and getting stuck in an infinite install loop that prevented me from installing anything else).
They need to roll that back and put it back into beta. Hell maybe even alpha until they sort all its problems out. People have actual jobs that this junk is getting in the way of.
