How do you check support ticket status for license import?

I submitted a ticket last week on importing a Maschine Mikro Mk3 serial to my account after purchasing it from Guitar Center and... Honestly have no idea if it went through as I wasn't sent an email that the support ticket was received. Did I make a mistake anywhere or is there just no way to check the status of this?

    @convinceng I couldn't find any requests from you, or at least from the email address used for the forum (ending by gmail.com). Did you use another email address? How did you contact us exactly? Did you use this typeform? bit.ly/NI_support_PA
