How do you check support ticket status for license import?
I submitted a ticket last week on importing a Maschine Mikro Mk3 serial to my account after purchasing it from Guitar Center and... Honestly have no idea if it went through as I wasn't sent an email that the support ticket was received. Did I make a mistake anywhere or is there just no way to check the status of this?

@convinceng I couldn't find any requests from you, or at least from the email address used for the forum (ending by gmail.com). Did you use another email address? How did you contact us exactly? Did you use this typeform? bit.ly/NI_support_PA

Since you didn't receive a confirmation email (and you hopefully checked your spam folder also ?) then we will have to call for customer care expert @Jeremy_NI and ask if he could please look into this ? (Jeremy is not in support but can reach support and make an inquiry)

Yup, went through my spam folder. Would just like to know if I should bother resubmitting all my info again or if I need to be more patient lol. Thank you.

Yes, that's how I did it. Just tried it again and got an email almost immediately. Maybe I entered my email address incorrectly. Thanks for getting back to me @Jeremy_NI! Hopefully I can use it this weekend.

Yeah, I was the same, I got an email with a new register code that I had to put in Native Access.
You don't see any messages in your NI account on the "My Products" page? Sometimes they'll put the register codes there.
