Why is my order always Under Review?

It's been three days and I still haven't received my product. And it's not even a physical item! Why is the review process taking so long? I've seen others with the same issue, and it's just not fair. All I wanted was to work on my song this weekend with my new gear, but now they've ruined those plans for me. Who knows when they'll finally finish their review.

I have contacted shop support, but just like this Under Review, there has been no reply. I just want to solve the problem, so I had to come here and post this. And now a day has passed and I still haven't received the product.

Didn't receive the product@Jeremy_NI I decided to go to my local ni agent to buy the product, so I just submitted a ticket for a refund, if my order still can't be processed, please process my refund request, thank you!
