Can't download old software with Native Access?
Many years go I bought a Samson MIDI keyboard and it came with licenses for NI software and content, namely:
- KOMPLETE ELEMENTS MK2 for Samson Audio
And I have also added the following products:
- POWERED BY REAKTOR - Mikro Prism Xmas Special
- POWERED BY REAKTOR - Reaktor Factory Selection
In the case of KOMPLETE ELEMENTS I can't download it from Native Access. The content appears in the list after enabling the "Show discontinued products" option, but it has the "Locate" button... and how can I locate something I haven't downloaded?
In the case of the other 2 products, they don't even show up in the list :/

Generally speaking then N.I. do offer downloads of some 'legacy software' (please see links below) , but to the extend that what you need is not available as public download listed on the site (which is how it appear to be in your case) then you will have to politely contact install support and ask if they will / can supply you with some download links ! Account screenshot already mentions Komplete Start , though have no idea if you are right with respect to content (you might be ?)

I did check to compare, and Elements MK2 stated "over 1000 sounds". Komplete Start is double that.

I found the ISO buried in my files, and Komplete Elements MK2 includes the following libraries:
- Abbey Road 60s Drums Vintage (not available anywhere, it seems)
- Guitar Rig Elements
- Kontakt Elements Selection R2
- Reaktor Elements Selection
- Reaktor Spark R2
And the following software:
- Guitar Rig 5
- Kontakt 5
- Reaktor 5
The "Kontakt Elements Selection R2" library is pretty big at least compared ot the first Kontact Factory Selection, it's 1.89 GB big.
Before the implementation of Native Access I remember I could still download the ISO file from the "my products and serials" case of need.
I checked the "Legacy installers" section just in case it might be there and I couldn't find it, most possibly because it's a particular bundle. It wasn't just free content, the CD came with its own serial number to activate.
Seems I'll have to keep that ISO in a very safe place,

Congratulations on finding the ISO. Does this mean that your question is solved ? Else I still think that you would need to politely contact install support and ask if they will / can supply you with some download links !

Sort of.
The initial problem (being unable to download that content from Native Access even with the "show discontinued products " option turned on) is not fixed.
It's by mere luck that I found the ISO, otherwise I would still be unable to have the content installed.

Once you have installed them, does NA allow you to authorize them?

I added them with the "Add Serial" link yesterday in hopes that it would let me download it. I got the confirmation message but still no download option.
Once I located the path where I installed they sure activated without issues.
