If you have a specific problem with Native Access then my advice is to open a thread of your own in the Native Access sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version, and any other info that might be of help including error messages! Or alternatively contact Native Access support right away instead !

Paused Private relay for 1 day. Logged out, Logged in, Download update functioned normally. (Sonoma)

Why should we even have to go through this rigmarole.
Hey, Native Instruments… how about taking pride in your work and making ****** that works?0 -
Hi guys,
I have a M2 MacBook Air running MacOS 15.0.1 (Sequoia)
I was having the dreaded "Download failed" issue. Tried legacy and current version of Native Access with no luck. Also tried the disabling private relay as recommended here but that didn't work either.
What DID work is changing the Downloads folder. I had relocated my Downloads folder to iCloud so that it would get backed up. It didn't like downloading to this folder (I suspect it has something to do with the path of iCloud folder on the disk)
So I created a temporary downloads folder in /user/<your_username>/Music/Downloads and set this to the Downloads folder in Native Access. This solved the downloading problem. You'll notice that the app first downloads the DMGs to this folder before proceeding with the installation. Note that the installation deletes the downloaded files so you don't need to worry about space.
I then got an error during installation which also required me to grant Full Access to the Native Access application for the installation, but the error message provides a link to instructions on how to do that.Tested with Absynth update first, then proceeded to update the rest. Hope this helps!
